At Access Personal Care® we fully appreciate the important work that Personal Care Attendants perform for our consumers, and we want to ensure that our compensation rate reflects that appreciation.  In addition, we make the administrative side of the Consumer Directed Services program as easy as possible for both the consumer and their care attendants, so that their main focus can be on achieving the best possible care for the consumer.  Consistent accuracy is an important hallmark of our service in conjunction with the best customer service in the industry.  We encourage you to consider the benefits Access Personal Care® has to offer as a local non-profit, including a higher pay rate for your attendants.
