Due to updated Medicaid Reimbursement Rates, Access Personal Care is proud to be able to raise our cap limit for Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Pay Rates to its highest level to date! Personal Care Attendants can now be paid up to $15 per hour!
While the pay rate of the personal care attendant is set by the consumer receiving Consumer-Directed Services, there is a cap as to how high they can raise the pay level of the caregivers providing their care, due to funding levels. This cap has been raised significantly by Access Personal Care in response to increased Medicaid Reimbursement Rates so as to give our consumers the option of providing higher levels of compensation to those who provide them with such critical care. Access Personal Care values our consumers and the personal care attendants who provide the care that allows our consumers to remain independent and in their own homes.
